RLYC Youth Charitable Trust supports Lizzy Foreman's campaign to compete in the Mini Transat in 2015

The Royal London Yacht Club Youth Charitable Trust disperses in the order of £8,000 per annum to introduce youth from the Isle of Wight to sailing and to support World and Olympic hopefuls, also from the Isle of Wight.
In a break with tradition (as Lizzy is not strictly from the Isle of Wight, but has been “adopted” by the Royal London Yacht Club where she has Temporary Membership) the Trust has announced that it is adding Lizzy Foreman’s campaign to compete in the Mini Transat in 2015 to its sponsorship programme. Lizzy will use the sponsorship from the RLYC Youth Trust towards her training and development for the Mini Transat.
When next in Cowes, Lizzy will moor her Pogo “Hudson Wight” on the Club’s Trinity Landing off The Parade. Lizzy and her family will attend the Club’s post-Round the Island Race BBQ where she will speak to members about her recent exploits.
